Position Responsibilities 1.
Participate in recruiting, interviewing and hiring staff.
2.
Ensure proper training, retraining and development of staff.
3.
Supervise and manage associates' daily duties including coaching and counseling when needed.
4.
Ensure customers receive outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes greeting and acknowledging every customer and handling inquires in a professional manner.
5.
Increase sales with excellent merchandise knowledge, selling and up sale skills.
6.
Demonstrate knowledge of trends, holiday traffic and fluctuation in business.
7.
Ensure store operations comply with US Customs regulations for duty free.
8.
Follow company policies and procedures to maintain visual standards, identify and communicate product needs.
9.
Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise; participate in receiving, transferring, returning, loss prevention and audit of inventory; monitor floor stock of each department.
10.
Perform store opening and closure, cash and sales reconciliation; handle Payroll/Commission submission to Payroll Department, US Customs Entries, and ATF Reports per Company procedures.
11.
Perform other duties as required.
Essential Requirements 1.
Regular and reliable attendance.
Flexibility and ability to work varied hours/days as business needs dictate.

Ability to speak and hear effectively with customers, vendors and/or associates of the organization.
3.
Ability to read efficiently, perform basic mathematical functions (count, add, subtract, divide & multiply) and write to accurately complete work related documentation.
4.
Vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
5.
Physical demands include frequently sitting for long periods of time; standing, walking; ability to reach above or below shoulders, twist at the waist, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, climb and balance.
6.
Comprehension, knowledge and use of technology such as email, attachments to emails, scan documents, business software such as spreadsheets, presentation formats (power point) and word documents.
7.
Physical demands include frequently walking for long periods of time; sitting, ability to reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend, climb and balance.
Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to ten (10) pounds, frequentlylift and/ormove up to twenty (20) pounds and occasionally lift and/ormove up to thirty (30) pounds.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities 1.
A Bachelor's Degree in business or related subject and/or work experience in a management capacity, minimal three (3) years' experience, preferably in a retail environment.
2.
Time management skills and ability to work well under pressurewith time restraints.
3.
Strong leadership, communications (oral & written), organizational, planning, motivational and delegation skills.
Work Environment Retail environment with minimal privacy utilizing standard office equipment and exposure to elements such as dust, noise and odor.
