Summary:
Perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks providing support to EHS and HR.
Assisting in daily office needs and all aspects of EHS area.
Qualifications:
Associates degree in a related field Experience with safety related items in a manufacturing setting Previous experience in managing automotive fleet vehicles is a plus Primary Position
Responsibilities:
Prepare purchase orders, keep track of purchases and supplies Work with external vendors on hazardous waste disposal and control Recycling of material waste and coordination of recyclables program Inventory PPE and purchase PPE as required Assist in conducting ergonomic studies Assist in coordination of yearly inspections including but not limited to crane, fire exits, extinguishers, alarm, sprinkler, fire pumps, etc.
Assist with TDI/HDI indoor smoke testing and sound testing Prepares, reviews, and maintains vehicle records Keep timely reports on vehicle expenses and maintenance performed on vehicle Maintains and provides vehicle maintenance to fleet vehicles Conducts inspections on fleet cars and processes purchase or repair orders and invoices Manages Wex account and consolidates receipts, detects, and reports fraud Issues out fleet vehicles for travel to sister companies Addresses fleet vehicle issues in a timely fashion Provides customer support on all fleet vehicle related items up to and including, filing accident claims, rentals, auto body, driving infractions, towing, etc Other duties as assigned Essential Skills and
Experience:
Bilingual - English and Spanish preferred.
Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills required.
High Proficiency with PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent organizational skills.
